Meet the Staff

Chuck McDonald is a retired Troy Police Officer where he worked for 22 years; during his service with the Police Dept. he worked as a Patrolman, School Resource Officer, Community Police Officer and Juvenile Detective. Chuck is trained in Forensic interviewing/Best practices, a member of the Emotionally Disturbed Person Response Team, and graduate of the Zone 5 Instructor Development Course. In addition, CPR/AED first aid trained. Chuck as been with UHA since 1995 and in July of 2016, he was promoted to Associate Director of Public Safety. Chuck enjoys motorcycle riding, hiking and camping.
